Getting Started

Here’s how simple it is:

There is no software to install or the need to learn usage of any complicated systems. You simply send us a list of buildings that you service.

2.

We will send you custom QR codes with your company's branding on them.

3.

You begin sticking those codes on each piece of equipment that you service.

4.

Then you scan the code with a smart-phone or tablet and choose which building it is in, indicate the location (Floor number, etc) and what type of equipment it is. 

Your unit is now registered in the BuiltSpace system as an asset in that building. Now, every time your field technicians scan the QR code, they will see all service records (and more) for that unit.
